Exploring AI Video Techniques
Curious about the current state of AI video?
In this presentation, motion designer Jason Fletcher will give an overview of the workflows for several different AI tools including StyleGAN2+3, SD Stop Motion, ZeroScopeV2 Txt2Vid, and AnimateDiff. He will also share examples how each tool has been used within his concert visuals and various experiments using 3D animation, video compositing, and syphoning renders from one AI tool into another AI tool. See how these new tools have changed the possibilities of what a single animator can achieve.

Artists and creatives in all disciplines, especially those currently using AI or interested in using AI for their projects, are welcome and encouraged to attend this engaging talk followed by Q & A session with the presenter.

About the Speaker
Jason Fletcher is an artist based in Austin that works as a freelance motion designer. After receiving BFA in 3D animation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he went on to work at the Charles Hayden Planetarium for 12 years where he created immersive experiences. Operating under the “isosceles” moniker, he has a Patreon where creates visuals for VJ performers to use during their live concerts. Jason is always experimenting with the latest AI tools to create visuals for his various projects. Check out his tech journal.
