Registration and Fees
Fees are due at the time of registration and include a nonrefundable $10 deposit. Cancellations up to five days prior to the event for refund (less the $10 deposit). Refunds will not be honored for cancellations less than five days prior to the event.

General Release of Liability
Artly World Nonprofit and their agents and staff shall not be liable or responsible for and shall be help harmless by the undersigned from and against any and all claims and damages of every kind, including, but not limited to, injury or death to any person(s) or damage to or loss of property arising out of or attributed to the operations of Artly World’s programs or its agents or staff in carrying out the functions of its programs.

Media Release
Registered participants grant permission to Artly World to photograph/film during the event and use said photograph, photographic likeness, and/or reproduction thereof for purposes including, but not limited to, advertisements, illustrations, literature, brochures, website, and other business purposes. Artly World will not print or release identifying information in any public publication or announcement in conjunction with aforementioned photographic images, which includes both still photographs and motion picture footage.

Behavior Policy
We take actions to ensure a safe and fun event environment. If a participant repeatedly exhibits disrespectful, threatening, or unsafe behavior to another, they will be expelled from the event. We will not honor refunds in instances where participants are removed from the session for behavior policy violations.
