2018 Summer Camp Dates & Locations
Camps run Monday through Friday 9am to 4:30pm.
Each one-week summer camp is $350 per child, and we offer sibling discounted rates at $300 per additional child per camp.
Early drop-off and late pick-up available for an additional $50 per child per week.
No prior music experience necessary. | All instruments provided.
Parents and families are invited to attend a live performance by the campers to celebrate the kids’ accomplishments.

An Immersive Hands-On Cultural Experience

Each camp culminates in a live world music performance by the campers themselves.

Parents and families are invited to attend a live performance by the campers at the conclusion of camp to celebrate the kids’ accomplishments.

Summer Camp Information
Camp Hours:
Summer camp hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm. Early drop-off and late pick-up is available for an additional fee.
Early Drop-Off (available for additional fee): 8:00am – 9:00am
Camp Drop-Off: 8:45am – 9:00am
Camp Day: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Camp Pick-Up: 4:30pm
Late Pick-up (available for additional fee): 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Cost:
Our one-week camps are $350. Extended care (early drop-off & late pick-up) is available for an additional $50/ child per camp. We offer sibling discounts of $50 off camp rate.
Multiple Sessions:
Each camp session is centered on a different music culture theme and area of the world. We encourage you to sign up for multiple sessions.
Registration:
Registration remains open until the first day of camp. However, each session is limited to a maximum of 30 students, so we recommend signing up early.
Cancellation Policy:
Balances are due at the time of registration. You may cancel your summer registration anytime prior to the camp, but refunds will be issued only for cancellations received more than one week prior to camp dates.
Refunds:
Refunds, less the $50 nonrefundable deposit, will be issued for cancellations received more than one week (seven days) prior to the first day of camp. Deposits are nonrefundable. No exceptions.

Sign-in and Sign-Out:
Parents or their authorized pickup are responsible for signing children in and out daily.
Lunch and Snack:
Artly World does not provide food during programming. Campers will receive an AM and PM snack break and 30 minutes for lunch. Parents are responsible for ensuring campers have adequate snacks and lunches available. Campers may bring whatever foods they deem appropriate unless there are severe food allergies present in the camp, in which case Artly World will inform parents so that they can pack snacks and lunch accordingly.
Outdoor Activities:
Campers will have 30 minutes of active play daily. Weather permitting, outdoor areas will be used. Parents are responsible for packing sunscreen, bug spray, and/ or water bottles for campers.
Illness/ Absences:
Should a child become ill during camp, parents will be promptly notified and should arrange for themselves or an authorized emergency contact to pick up the child upon such notification. Parents should also notify the Camp Director if their child(ren) will be absent from camp.
