Free and open to the public. \nBring the whole family to witness an astounding live performance of Native American powwow drumming and dance. You’ll also be given the opportunity to join in on the fun and learn how to dance some of the powwow styles yourself! \nPresentations will occur in 20-minute sessions between 2 and 4p. Suitable for all ages. Bring the whole family to enjoy playing instruments\, moving to the rhythms\, and learning about Afro-Cuban rumba. Don’t miss out on this fun and memorable music experience with your family! \nFree and open to the public. Instruments provided. No prior music experience necessary. Especially suited for children ages 5 to 12 and their families\, but all ages are welcome. \nWe’ll be giving 20-minute workshops every half hour between 5p and 7p. Register prior to the event here.
